The First Time Means Everything

A first-time cleaning usually takes a bit longer than our subsequent cleanings. We’re learning about your home or office as we work, making sure everything you need is fully understood. This ensures that future cleanings are estimated accurately and fairly, and all goes smoothly.

Our First-Time Cleaning Program

We spend a bit more time to detail your home. Dust (everything), Clean kitchen appliances, Clean out cabinets, Clean sinks & countertops, Scrub toilets, Scrub shower & bathtub, Wipe down baseboards, Vacuum and sweep all floors.

Occasionally, More Time is Needed

Depending on your nooks and crannies, more time may be needed. We dust and clean; check for cobwebs; clean countertops, mirrors, tub, shower, shower doors, and toilets inside and out; vacuum; and mop floors.

We wipe all countertops and everything on countertops such as coffee makers and toasters; polish stainless steel equipment; clean inside and outside of microwaves, stove, refrigerator, cabinets, table and chairs; vacuum; and mop all floors. All rooms get dusted, vacuumed, and mopped, including window seals.

Additional Services Available

Additional cleaning services include blinds, light fixtures, windows, ovens inside, refrigerator inside, bedding, build up in showers, build up in stove, dishes, woodwork, etc.
