Based out of Cold Spring, KY — serving residential and commercial clients throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
Cleaning Technician
The core of what we do. As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll serve residential and commercial clients across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, following our detailed room-by-room checklists, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, and representing Jeannie’s Cleaning with professionalism on every job.
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning to Jeannie's standards: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and detailed room-by-room cleaning
- Handle specialty services including deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and apartment turnovers
- Follow our checklist-driven process to ensure consistent, thorough results on every visit
- Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor with clients and teammates in every situation
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Reliable transportation to get to job sites across the Cincinnati and NKY service area
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail. You notice what others miss
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
