We’re looking for a dedicated Office Manager/Personal Assistant who is ready to take on a dynamic role that involves office management, customer service, scheduling, bookkeeping, and even stepping in to help with cleaning when needed. Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management

Oversee daily office operations in a small, fast-paced family business.

Handle scheduling, emails, phone calls, and general office tasks.

Maintain accurate records for clients, employees, and financials.

Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, and expense tracking.

Order and manage office and cleaning supplies as needed.
Scheduling & Coordination

Assign cleaning jobs and manage staff schedules.

Track work hours and ensure proper staffing levels.

Communicate with clients and employees about schedule changes.

Be adaptable when last-minute changes arise.
Customer Service & Client Relations

Build relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.

Process invoices, payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
HR & Employee Management

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training employees.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Create a positive and team-oriented work culture.
Hands-On Help & Emergency Cleaning Assistance

Step in to assist with cleaning duties when short-staffed or in high-demand situations.

Maintain knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Personal Assistant & Errand Running

Run errands as needed (supplies, banking, post office, etc.).

Provide direct support to the business owner.

Assist with various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

On rare occasions, assist with employee transportation, such as picking up or dropping off a team member within business hours and near the office.
Qualifications & Requirements

Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, family-owned business.

Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in office management, administrative, or related roles.

Skills:

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic bookkeeping software.

Ability to handle payroll and financial tracking.

Familiarity with Android devices.
