Who can join the Ambassador Club?
The Ambassador Club is open to all current Jeannie’s Cleaning clients in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. You must have completed at least one paid service to be eligible to refer and earn.
When do I receive my $75 credit?
Your $75 credit is applied to your account once your referral’s first cleaning is completed and fully paid. We notify you when the credit hits your account.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No limit at all. Refer as many friends, family members, and neighbors as you like. Every successful referral earns you credit and counts toward your next tier.
How does my friend claim their 20% discount?
They simply mention your name when they call or fill out the quote form. No promo code needed. We apply the 20% discount automatically to their first booked service.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and can be applied to any service including carpet cleaning, upholstery, deep cleans, and recurring services. There is no limit on how many credits you can accumulate.
How do I know which tier I am in?
We track your referrals and notify you when you move up a tier. You can also call us at (859) 750-6618 anytime to check your current tier and credit balance.
